15.07.2022 CONCLUSION OF THE PROJECT The Association of Universities, Research-Development Institutes and Central University Libraries of Romania Anelis Plus, as beneficiary, announces the completion of the implementation of the National Electronic Access to Scientific Literature Project to support the research and education system in Romania- ANELIS PLUS 2020, MySMIS Code 102839, carried out through the contract signed with the Ministry of Research and Innovation, as Intermediate Body, and with the Ministry of European Funds, as Managing Authority for the Competitiveness Operational Program (COP).... Dear Colleagues, The Association of Universities, Research and Development Institutes and Central University Libraries of Romania - ANELIS PLUS supports the scientific community in Romania through the project "National Electronic Access to the Scientific Literature for Supporting the Research and Education System in Romania - ANELIS PLUS 2020". On the project site, http://anelisplus2020.anelisplus.ro/, and on the Association's page, http://www.anelisplus.ro/, find the resources subscribed by the project for the institution in which you operate. We remind you that, especially during this period of isolation, you can consult the information resources also through mobile access, the way of creating the mobile access account being described in the web pages mentioned above. Institutions subscribed by ANELIS Plus to resources Cambridge University Press (whose list is also available at http://www.info-edu.ro/index.php) are asked to contact the company ROMDIDAC (Electronic Resources Department manager, dr. Robert Coravu, e-mail: robert_coravu@romdidac.ro) if they want to have mobile access to these resources. Association of Universities, Research and Development Institutes and Central University Libraries from Romania - ANELIS PLUS, as a beneficiary, signed with Ministry of Research and Innovation, as an Intermediate Body, in the name and for Ministry of European Funds, as a Managing Authority for the Competitiveness Operational Program (COP), the financing contract for the project with the code SMIS 102839. The objective of the project is to increase Romania's RDI capacity by providing researchers with access to scientific publications and international databases. This will increase the involvement of the Romanian research environment in specialized international research networks, a major step for the future development of science and technology. The main results of the project will be: - Development of a national depository of scientific papers, through the acquisition of electronic archives of electronic journals and books, to create an exhaustive documentation framework; - Ensuring the scientific community's access to scientific electronic resources (databases/platforms for scientific journals in full text and bibliographic and bibliometric databases), in order to support research, innovation and stimulation of scientific production at national level. The total value of the project is 248.988.000 lei, of which the total non - reimbursable amount is 186.741.000 lei, and the co-financing of the member institutions of the Association ANELIS PLUS, participating in the project, is 62.247.000 lei.
